Pricing

In certain instances, our menu prices may change. We will always strive to maintain costs and only change prices if necessary. We will always quote a “starting at” price and not a final cost, due to changes or conditions in your services. Our service providers will go over your services and define any changes to pricing if any are needed.

 

Appointments

Although walk-ins are always welcome, we recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and service provider for your services. Appointments more than 24 hours away will require a non-refundable deposit, or purchase of a gift certificate at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment.

Multiple Services Appointments, Wedding Packages

These require a credit card to hold your reservation. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellation. A no-show no-call will result in a charge to your credit card for 50% of the amount of the services. If you have a gift certificate, it will be voided.

 

Cancellations

We understand that life is busy and schedules can change, but we reserve your appointment especially for You! Our staff is in great demand, so please be respectful of their time and that of other guests by honoring your commitment to be here for your reservation. We require at least 24 hours when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or cancellations will require credit card prepayments to reserve an appointment.

 

Arrival

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time needed to complete your services. Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled, and not inconvenience those scheduled after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

 

For Your Protection

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep any valuables with you during your appointment. We also ask that you wear the smock provided for protection of your clothing.

 

Children

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Many of our guests are also parents and look forward to the quiet and tranquil environment here at Salon Dushons. In many clients’ lives, it’s a time just for them. We respectfully request that children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. We truly thank you for your cooperation and the opportunity to provide you with the finest service and a pleasing experience in our salon.

 

Health Problems and Comfort Level

Please notify our staff before booking a service if you have any physical ailments or disabilities. The salon is designed to be handicap friendly, so please help us to book the appropriate services for you.

 

Cell Phones and Tranquility

Please turn down or turn off your cell phones prior to arrival. Be mindful of other guests' space. While you are welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Many guests savor a much-needed private moment.

 

Staff Selection/Changes

If you feel you would be more comfortable, or better served by another staff member, or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know. Remember, we work as a team, and it is our mission to provide you with the best service possible.

 

Gratuities

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

 

Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. We do not accept checks.

 

Product Returns

All product returns must be within seven days of purchase and at least 75% full. Store credit will be issued if purchased at Salon Dushons and you don't have the receipt. No cash refunds. No returns accepted for travel size products, makeup, or discontinued products. A store credit will be issued for returns. Packages and Gift Cards are not refundable. They are transferable however.

Service Satisfaction

If you love it, tell everybody. If you don’t, tell us. We’ll do our best to make it right. Should we not complete your look to your satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of your service. Your Salon Dushons experience isn’t perfect until you’re happy.
